Terms of Sale

These terms apply to purchases made through quotetokeys.co.uk, operated by Harbourway Group Ltd (trading as Quote-to-Keys™), a company registered in England and Wales.

We currently sell one digital product through this website:

All prices are in pounds sterling (GBP). Harbourway Group Ltd is not currently VAT registered; no VAT is charged.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We accept all major credit and debit cards. Your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe and are never stored by us.

Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully authorised. You will receive a receipt from Stripe at the email address you provide.

Digital products are made available for download immediately upon successful payment. You will be redirected to a download page. If you experience any difficulty accessing your purchase, contact us at contact@quotetokeys.co.uk and we will resend your download link promptly.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

However, for digital content supplied other than on a tangible medium, the right to cancel is lost once you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you will lose your right to cancel. By proceeding with a purchase and downloading the product, you give that consent and acknowledgement.

If you have purchased but not yet downloaded the product and wish to cancel, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will process a full refund.

If you believe the product was materially different from its description, contact us within 14 days of purchase. We will consider refund requests on that basis at our discretion.

To request a refund, email contact@quotetokeys.co.uk with your name, purchase email, and the reason for your request. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days via the original payment method.

All content within digital products purchased from this website is the intellectual property of Harbourway Group Ltd. Purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable licence to read and use the content for your own internal business purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or make available to third parties any part of a purchased product without our prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the price paid for the relevant product. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from use of the content.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from a purchase will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in effect at the time of your purchase apply to that purchase. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
